Humanizing Banking

Over several years, 8 inc. has supported several South East Asian financial institutions by helping them rethink the future of banking and personal finance. I was a creative strategist working on a small part of a large experience design program for one of our clients. One of my assignments was to research voice navigated interfaces and illustrate an approach for our bank to prototype one. What started out as a napkin sketch in an airport lounge, unfolded into a framework for a new approach for managing a personal bank account and interfacing with financial advisors all based on simple queries.
